Submitting Logo(s)
- Send your logo & artwork to: artwork@aztecawards.com
We prefer art files in vector format such as Adobe Illustrator EPS , CorelDraw, AI, or SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic) formats, however we can use JPG or TIFF files if the resolution is 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher.
If you don't have artwork, send us an email describing what you're looking for and we will do sample layouts of your awards. You can pick from the samples or give us your feedback. If we need to recreate your art, the charge is typically $40.

Submitting Text
- Send your text to: artwork@aztecawards.com
Text layout can be in your email or as an attachment in doc or txt format. Simply explain the layout you wish for your award to read. Also indicate the font types to be used if you prefer certain font types.

Selecting Font(s)
- You can request the font style(s) to be used in your awards by entering the name of the font(s) in the Special Requests & Instructions Field on the product page as shown below:
Below are some popular fonts that you can request. You can also tell us the fonts you prefer and we will check our font library.
You can let our graphic designer select fonts for you and you can always give us your feedback.

Approving Layout Proof(s)
- Once we receive your logo(s) and text files, we will prepare artwork layout(s) for you. When the artwork layouts are complete, we will email you the layout proof(s) in Adobe PDF format.
Please carefully proofread your award(s) to minimize mistakes. Once you have reviewed our artwork proof(s), please email us your approval or let us know of any changes.
We will make the changes and send the revision back to you for final approval.
